My work as a doula

A doula, is a person to hold your space during pregnancy but especially during birth.

I’d like to be your hands, ears and thoughts, so that you can focus on your bodywork and the process itself.

With my doula support I can offer you the following services according to your needs:

• Family coaching/support before and after birth

• Light massages during pregnancy and postnatal

• breastfeeding consultation or breastfeeding class - Smooth breastfeeding start

It’s an affair of the heart, that before, during and after the birth of a child, the needs of the whole family are at stake - And everyone should be involved as appropriate as possible. Teamwork, but also one's own wishes and ideas are of such great importance in order to experience a calm, self-determined birth, no matter where it takes place.

It is incredibly important to me that everyone feels heard. My courses and consultations will take place, if not otherwise asked for, at your home, because its the place where you feel most comfortable and secure - and I would like to preserve this feeling during our joint work and, if possible, strengthen it even more.
